Throughout the years, Jo Lemaire has explored various musical avenues. For Jo, intuition and experience have taken her from one exploration to another. Crossing boundaries of genres and cultures. Performing in Latin, Dutch, French, English atmospheres and often combining styles in one program.
Her recent work with composer and director Dirk Brossé, Belgium's most celebrated icon in classical music, brings along this absolutely exquisite marriage between early French chanson, the whole Montmartre atmosphere, and classical compositions.
